This is a difficult time for everyone, and our hearts go out to all those affected by the outbreak of COVID-19. During this pandemic, the safety of our community is our top priority.

At Axiom Surface Protection, we are taking precautionary measures to do our part in reducing the spread of COVID-19. Following recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), we have implemented increased cleanings and sanitizing procedures at our head office in Calgary, and we will continue to operate with your safety and well-being in mind, whilst providing the highest quality of service you have come to expect from us.

Effective immediately, we are postponing any out of office events and meetings that may pose a risk to the health and safety of our staff and customers until further notice.

Additionally, we are monitoring the situation closely, and will learn and adapt as the situation unfolds. We thank you for your support and for entrusting us to serve you.

HERE ARE SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ’S)


WILL MY DELIVERY BE DELAYED?

No, currently all of our transportation and logistics partners are operating all across Canada, and we don’t foresee any changes to our delivery lead times or schedules. Orders continue to be shipped from our Calgary and Toronto Distribution Centres as normal.

IS MY PRODUCT / ORDER SAFE?

“In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures. Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread most often by respiratory droplets. Currently, there is no evidence to support the transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of COVID-19 in the United States associated with imported goods. Information will be provided on the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) website as it becomes available.”

DOES AXIOM HAVE ANY STOCK ISSUES AS A RESULT OF THIS?

No, we are currently very well stocked on all of our product range in both our Calgary and Toronto Distribution Centres, and due to our strategic supply chain processes, we don’t foresee any issues as a result of COVID-19.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can continue to place orders as you normally would, through PHONE, EMAIL, or TEXT directly to your Account Manager. We ask that you place your order through one of the above methods for same or next day shipping, to eliminate the risk of transmission of the virus in our public office space.
