I have been dealing with Ben and I can honestly say out of all the sales reps I have to deal with, it’s the easiest with him. His knowledge of products is on point, he answers any and all questions right away, and if he doesn’t know he doesn’t BS me. He just says he will find out the answer and get back to me. The one time we had small issues with an order, he solved it almost instantly, apologized and got it fixed at no-cost and minimal delay.
